If you have questions, contact us at bigfoot@cryptoidstoys.com

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill orders, including payment, shipping, returns, and refunds.
- Create and maintain your account.
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, return notifications).
- Send marketing emails or texts (with your consent where required, and you can opt out at any time).
- Personalize your experience, recommend products, and remember your preferences.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Analyze Site performance, measure marketing effectiveness, and improve our products and services.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by certain U.S. state privacy laws (see Section 8).
3. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as described below.
- Service providers: companies that help us run the Site and our business — payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS providers, customer service platforms, hosting providers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, and marketing platforms. They are contractually limited to using your data only to perform services for us.
- Advertising partners: we share limited information with advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) to deliver and measure ads. Some of this sharing may qualify as "selling" or "sharing" under U.S. state privacy laws.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to enforce our Terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Shopcryptoids, our customers, or others; or in connection with fraud investigations.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
- With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Your payment information is handled in accordance with the payment provider's privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards. We receive only confirmation of the transaction and limited details (e.g., last four digits of the card, card brand, billing ZIP) for fraud prevention and customer service.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver advertising.
Categories of cookies we use:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (cart, checkout, login).
- Performance and analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site.
- Functional — remember preferences such as language and recently viewed items.
- Advertising — used to deliver relevant ads on our Site and on third-party sites and to measure ad performance.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, our cookie banner (where shown), or by following opt-out instructions provided by individual ad networks. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" where required by law.
6. Email and SMS Marketing
If you opt in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us.
If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts will not affect transactional messages related to your orders.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and consumer-protection requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records are typically retained for at least 5 years to meet tax and regulatory requirements. When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information.
- Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
- Opt out of sale or sharing — opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit use of sensitive information — restrict how we use sensitive personal information (we do not currently use sensitive information for purposes that would trigger this right).
- Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you previously gave.
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise your rights, email us at [INSERT EMAIL] or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our Site footer. We will verify your identity before responding, typically within 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, subject to verification.
For California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation, inferences, and customer records). We have "shared" identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of consumers under 16.
For EU, UK, and EEA residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)
Our legal bases for processing are:
- Contract — to fulfill orders and provide our services.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, improve, and secure our business.
- Consent — for marketing communications and certain cookies (you can withdraw consent at any time).
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other laws.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. International transfers of data outside the EEA or UK are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure payment processing through PCI-DSS-compliant providers. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulators in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on those links may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of these signals, we do not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 5.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as an email or a notice on the Site) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
