When will my figures ship?

Cryptoids Series One is currently scheduled to ship May 2027. This timeline reflects the realities of high-quality 1/12 scale production — sculpting, tooling, paint sampling, factory runs, and global shipping all take time when you're not cutting corners. You'll get production milestone updates throughout the wait: factory photos, paint master reveals, and shipping notifications.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged today, at checkout. Pre-order funds go directly into production — your order is literally what makes Series One possible.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund anytime within 30 days of your order. After that point, your figures are already locked into the final production run and cancellations are no longer possible. Just email craig@cryptoidstoys.com with your order number.

What if the ship date slips?

We'll be honest with you. Toy production timelines can shift due to factory scheduling, shipping delays, or QC holds. If anything changes, we'll email you immediately with a new estimate.

Will these be available after pre-orders close?

Some core figures may be restocked in limited quantities after launch, but the bundles, exclusive editions (Shadow Mothman, Limited B&W Bat Boy, Roswell Glow Edition), and pre-order pricing are only available during this window. Once it closes, it's gone.

Will the price go up after pre-orders end?

Yes. Pre-order pricing is the lowest these figures will ever be sold for. Retail pricing at launch will be higher, and bundle discounts will not be offered post-launch.

I'm moving before May 2027 — what do I do?

Email us anytime with your order number and updated shipping info. We'll also send a final address confirmation email roughly 30 days before figures ship, so you'll have a chance to update it then.

What if my figure arrives damaged?

Every order is backed by our quality guarantee. If a figure arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we'll replace it free of charge. Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

 Yes, to 28 countries including the UK, EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, and more. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes at delivery.
